My miniature replica swords, left a katana (3″ x 0.25″ x 0.75″ with stand) and right a broadsword (2.75 x 0.25 x 0.875″ with stand), are hammered aluminum wire shaped with a Dremel and accented with stained popsicle-stick hilts and stands.
